Your number's safety, built in
A banned number loses every chat it had. So these rules are not advice: Threadwire enforces them on every message, on every plan. You can tighten them and adjust them within safe limits, but never switch them off.
New people a number may message each day, rising over its first two weeks as WhatsApp comes to trust it.
Between first messages to new people, each with "typing…" first, and a longer break after every ten.
No first messages to new people at night, in each number's own time zone. Replies still go out.
When WhatsApp warns a number, its new chats slow down, then pause, on their own. Replies keep going.
A number whose new contacts rarely answer slows down before WhatsApp notices.
Anyone who writes "STOP" (or its Arabic) is not messaged again from any of your numbers until they write to you.

Is there a free trial?
Yes: 7 days, no card needed. Link your number and send real messages; pay only if you want to keep going.
Is this the official WhatsApp Business API?
No. Threadwire links your number as a device, the way WhatsApp Web does, so you keep your number and your app and need no approval from Meta. WhatsApp's terms do not allow unofficial or automated access, which is what a service linked this way provides, Threadwire included. So WhatsApp can restrict or ban a number for it. That is why protection matters here: every message is paced and limited the way a person would send it.
Will my number get banned?
WhatsApp bans numbers that behave like bots. Threadwire sends at a human pace, limits first messages to new people each day, stops at WhatsApp's own warnings, and honours "STOP". Numbers used for real conversations stay in good standing.
Can I still use WhatsApp on my phone?
Yes. The phone keeps working as usual, and messages typed on it show up in your panel and your webhooks too.
How do I pay?
Monthly or ahead for up to a year, by InstaPay, mobile wallet or bank transfer. Press "I've paid" in your panel and your invoice arrives by email once we confirm it.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time. Nothing is charged automatically, and your service runs to the end of the period you paid for.
Where is my data kept?
On our servers in Germany, with every connection encrypted. Messages are kept for 30 days, then deleted. Our Privacy Policy has the details.
Do I need a developer?
Not to start: link your number, then answer chats and set auto-replies in the panel. To connect your own system, there is a REST API with webhooks, a WooCommerce plugin, and n8n workflows ready to import. Make connects through its own webhook and HTTP steps.
Does it work with AI agents?
Yes. Threadwire has an MCP server, so AI assistants and agents can send and read your WhatsApp messages with your API key, under the same protection as every other message.
Can AI answer my customers?
Yes. The AI agent answers people who write, from what you tell it about your business, with your own Anthropic or OpenAI key. So the AI costs you only what your AI account charges. Every AI reply goes out under the same protection as any message, and it never invents prices: when it is not sure, it hands over to your team.
Can I verify my users' phone numbers?
Yes, with "WhatsApp OTP": your user sends a code to your number from a link, which proves the number is theirs, and your number only replies. Your number can also send them a code.
