Refund Policy
Last updated: 3 November 2026
This policy is part of our Terms of Service. It covers every payment to TriTech Solutions for Threadwire, by transfer or by card. It is also in Arabic.
Try it before you pay
Every new account starts with a free trial, so you can link a number and test the API and the panel before paying anything.
Subscriptions are not refunded
- You pay ahead, for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months at a time. A period you have paid for is not refunded, in whole or in part, including days you did not use.
- If you cancel, Threadwire keeps running until the end of the period you paid for. Nothing is charged after that: we never charge a card on our own.
- Moving to another plan converts the days you have left by price, as your Billing page shows. They are not refunded.
- An account suspended for breaking our Terms or Acceptable Use Policy is not refunded.
- A number that WhatsApp restricts or bans is not a reason for a refund. WhatsApp alone decides that, as section 2 of our Terms explains.
How to cancel
- Nothing renews by itself. To stop, simply do not pay for the next period.
- To close your account and delete its data, email [email protected] from your account's email address.
- Threadwire is a service used online, so there is nothing to deliver, return or ship.
Billing mistakes are refunded
If you were charged twice, charged the wrong amount, or charged for something you did not order, tell us within 7 days of the charge. We refund the mistake in full.
Where the law requires it
Where a law that applies to you gives you a right to a refund, we honour it, whatever this policy says.
How refunds are paid
- A refund goes back the same way you paid, in the currency you paid.
- We process an approved refund within 7 days of approving it.
- A refund to a card goes back to the same card. When it shows on your card depends on the bank that issued it.
- A refund of a transfer goes back to the account it came from: InstaPay, a mobile wallet or a bank.
Cards in US dollars, through Paddle
Paddle.com sells these payments as our reseller, and its own buyer terms apply too. A refund goes back to the card or account you paid with, through Paddle. Please write to us before disputing a charge with your bank, so we can put it right quickly.
How to ask
Email [email protected] from your account's email address. Include your account's name, the payment's reference or invoice number, and what went wrong.
