2Chat alternative: how Threadwire compares
2Chat and Threadwire both let a team work from a WhatsApp number linked by QR code, with an API beside it. 2Chat is the broader product: it also connects Meta's official API, and adds a phone system and bulk campaigns. Threadwire does one thing, a linked number, and enforces how it sends.

Sending safety
2Chat lets you set a campaign's speed "by the second, minute, hour, or day", and advises starting at 12 messages an hour. Its messaging policy asks for consent before a first message, and for a way to stop in that message. Keeping to it is the sender's job.
Threadwire enforces the pace itself. A broadcast goes to people who wrote to the number, one message at a time, and pauses by itself when the number is at risk. How Threadwire keeps your number safe has every rule.
Where 2Chat may suit you better
- You need Meta's official API as well as a linked number. Its site says it is "an official Meta Tech Provider".
- You need calls, virtual numbers or SMS beside WhatsApp.
- You want a no-code flow builder, or its Zapier and HubSpot integrations.
- You run campaigns to people who agreed to them, and want to set the speed.
Where Threadwire fits
- You want one linked number kept safe, with limits nobody can switch off.
- You need a linked number with its inbox and API, not a phone system.
- You want WhatsApp OTP by link, and a panel in Arabic.
